Return and Exchange policy

Boutique Bella Bella gladly accepts returns/exchange of full price items only. Items bought on sale with a discount code or marked down are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Clearance sale items are always final sale.

In Store Returns:

• Full Price items may be returned within 7 days of purchase and can only receive store/online credit.
• Returning item must be in perfect condition to return or exchange. No Makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.
• Tag must remain on the product to be eligible for return or exchange.
• We do not issue refunds.

Online Returns: 

• Full Price items may be returned within 7 days of receiving them and can only receive store/online credit.
• Item must be in perfect condition to return or exchange. No Makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
• Tag must remain on the product to be eligible for return or exchange.
• Customer will provide return shipping. We will provide return label at customer's expense upon request.
• 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns/exchanges. No exceptions.
• Sale items are final sale no returns accepted
